My "Bird Series" is my current work. I enjoy the challenges of painting in a more realistic style. I like to include a bird in each painting. The inspiration for my new body of work came from my late father...who always loved birds.

In years past I have gained experience painting in many different styles from figures to landscapes. I used to do a lot of classical figurative work and then developed a new abstract style of figurative pieces I called "Contemporary Icons." Most of them have sold and now I have moved on to my true love of realism that almost always includes a bird.
